Register by January 31 to ensure you receive meal tickets. Meal tickets are not guaranteed for registrations received after this date.

Payment & Membership Requirements

Payment or a purchase order must accompany each registration for it to be processed. NSA members receive a discounted registration rate and must include their membership number when registering to qualify.

Submitting a Cancellation Request

All cancellations must be made in writing and submitted by one of the following methods:

Refund processing may take up to 90 days. Registrations may be transferred to another person within your organization. The Cancellation Policy is subject to change.

Hotel Reservations

Register Before Booking Your Hotel

You must register for the conference before booking your hotel room. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a link to reserve your accommodations within the official NSA hotel block. This is the only way to book your room through NSA.

IMPORTANT HOTEL BOOKING NOTICE

DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL DIRECTLY TO BOOK YOUR ROOM. Doing so will delay the processing of your hotel reservation.

If you receive an unsolicited email from a company offering to help book your accommodations, be aware that these third-party companies are not affiliated with NSA. Reservations made through them will not be part of the official NSA hotel block, and you will lose the cancellation protections provided through NSA’s contracted room block.
